Winterhalter manufacturer a wide range of dishwashers and glasswashers from small front loaders, pass throughs, to large rack and flight machines. Actron have been selling, installing and repairing Winterhalter dishwashers and glasswashers for over 30 years now. We’ve seen a number of changes to the range over that time but one thing that hasn’t changed is the quality and performance of the machines, they are in our opinion the premium warewasher.

What you are paying for in a Winterhalter is the superb engineering, design, and performance, which from our experience will ensure many years of service. By concentrating on this one brand enables us to establish a high level of product knowledge and technical understanding, something just not possible if selling multiple brands. We hold all the major parts in stock for the front loaders & pass through machines & have a first time fix rate in excess of 95%.

Dishwashers and Glasswashers

There are 4 sizes available, UC-S, UC-M, UC-L & UC-XL. All can be set up as either as a glasswasher or a dishwsaher or combination of both.

The UC-S is the 400mm x 400mm basket machine & is primarily set up as a glasswsaher.

The UC-M & the UC-L are 500mm x 500mm basket machines for either glasswashing or dishwashing, the UC-L is the most popular for general purpose dishwashing.

  • One piece moulded wash tanks & basket guides, lessens dirt build up & increases mechanical strength.
  • 4 Stage wash filtration with centrifuge, ideal for filtering out coffee grounds.
  • One piece easily removable wash/rinse arms, speeds clean down & in service maintenance.
  • Front loaders have built in chemical containers with low level & error warning icons for easy problem solving.
  • Simple touch screen operation with 3 cycle options, we can customize each programme for time, temperature, chemical dosing & wash pump performance.
  • All machines are double skinned, have wash tank strainers/filters, & include drain & rinse pumps.

Pass Through Dishwashers

There are 3 pass through machines, the most popular being the PT-M. This is a 500mm x 500mm basket machine.

  • High wattage boiler available coupled with drain heat recovery as standard provides rapid recovery times for back to back washing at peak times. (drain heat recovery)
  • Double skinned hood to retain heat & reduce noise.
